Q: How does this process work?
A: The Process is Amazingly Simple when you Follow these Instructions.
- Select your card style, type and quantity
- Add all of the needed information. Be sure to ask for any special additions or changes you want on your card from the one ordered.
- Place your order
- Pay via PayPal
- Send your photos to info@traditionsfromtheheart.com (Please do not make any changes to your files. If you do, we will lose quality resolution.) If you chose a photo design, we cannot begin working on your card until we receive your photos.
- Add info@traditionsfromtheheart.com to your address book
- We will have a proof to you within 8 hours. If you have not received something from us by then please check your bulk mail. If there is still no email, please email us as we may have not received your order.
- You will speed up the whole process by checking emails for correspondence from us.
- Once you receive your proof, please email with any and all changes that need to be made.
- Remember, this is CUSTOM. We want your card to reflect YOU! It must be exactly as you have it pictured. It is not unusual to go back and forth 2-3 times with changes. Changes can be made until Final Proof Approval is given. Design cannot be sent to the lab until Final Proof Approval is given.
- Once Final Proof Approval is received, order will be shipped via USPS within 2 business days.
Q: What if I took my own photos?
A: We can turn your snapshots into professional shots!
Q: What if I did not take my own photos?
A: If your photos are not your own, and were taken by a professional, WE MUST HAVE WRITTEN PERMISSION from the photographer to use the photos. This is non-negotiable. Please let them know we will give them credit if the used photo is used n the site. Also, we will list them in our Photographers We Love listing.
How do I send my photos? TOP
Please send your photos to monica@traditionsfromtheheart.com
Please do not send more than 2 at time and no more than 3 emails. Keep the resolution at its highest standard and do not click best for email as this lowers the resolution quality. Photos must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) in order to be of the highest quality. Can I use professional pictures? TOP
I can only work with these pictures when I have the written consent of the photographer. But I work very hard to make your quality snapshots to look as professional as possible.
How long does the process take? TOP
I will generally have a rough draft to you by the end of the day unless the order was placed after 4 p.m. Be on the lookout for an email proof. Please add monica@traditionsfromtheheart.com to your contacts so that your proof does not get sent to your bulk or spam mail. Printng and mail-out takes 2 business days from the final proof approval. Therefore, if you get your final proof approval in by noon on Friday, it will be in the mail by Tuesday a.m., Monday would be Wednesday, and so on. |
